I thought that I had come problems with my EVGA 260GTX card, and saw this pny card. For $50 after rebate, I knew I could not go wrong and used it as a troubleshooting device, while my other card went to EVGA for RMA. from Amazon.com Fan on this card only runs when the card needs it, so it's super quiet, even when the fan kicks on it's better than the last card I had. Not sure what the FPS is for Fear 2, but this card cranks it out. I run my HP Dual Core 2.8 GHz w/3 MB RAM through a 47" HDTV and gaming is absolutely unreal with this card.
