I bought this card as an HD for a home theater computer, using a 37" LCD the playback is choppy at best. Over the air HD, or internet video. from Amazon.com I purchased this ATI video card to upgrade my Media PC. It is very nice and the graphics are great! from Amazon.com I bought this card to make a home media center out of an old lenovo IBM thinkcenter PC. When I went to install it the heat sink was way to large. from Amazon.com Its a good grafics card for the money,but if you want to play fps games such as fallout 3 it recomends playing at medium settings.if you want to play fallout 3 at ultra high settings,then spend the extra cash and buy a radeon 4870 card instead.oh and make sure your power supply is rated for a minimum of 500 wats of power. I had to change it in my gxp dell gamming computer,i put a 610 wats in mine,but its very much worth it.other than that,its an ok card and well worth the money. from Amazon.com I use my desktop PC for gaming and advanced pro-level photographic applications, including Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom (among other processing software). My <2-year-old PC is already a pretty fast machine, with an Intel 3.4 gig CPU and 2 gigs of RAM and on-board ATI-200, but it was straining and choppy with the graphics of current games like NWN2 MOB.
