They agreed to refund my $$$ (purchase price+shipping+rush handling fee) as well as to pay the return shipping. Only cost me time and gas to get to UPS. Cons: I'm sure the card is fine, but this one has a very thin heatsink and a cheap fan despite the fact that it is advertised as a "Passive GeForce 8400 GS." Product is clearly not passively cooled. My experience with similar looking fans is that they last a few months, and then get noisy before they stop working all together. from Newegg.com Pros: Works very well with Linux. Cons: None yet.
