It is flawless. Im running Win7 professional media center with no hiccups. My P4 3.2 only sees around 2-5% usage when watching movies on my 42" lcd hd tv. And around 10% when running a dvd through powerdvd The hdmi out with 7.1/5.1 is also very nice for a single connection from htpc to tv. from Newegg.com Pros: Increases gaming quality, speed, free BumpTop software with it, good VGA and HDMI Cons: not the best, you get what you pay for, some games still slow, video editing still sluggish from Newegg.com
