Best Graphic Tablets for Notes

i find that i now write my notes at work (i'm a paralegal) on the computer instead of a tablet, because they are searchable by keyword (how many times have you wished for that?

i purchased this tablet for the primary purpose of taking notes in my university courses (on my laptop) without having to worry about sentences falling off the margins of pages.

i use it mostly to mark reading notes for my college classes in pdf format, avoiding having to print things out.

i use it to write notes or draw simple design, not recommend for complicate drawing.

on both osx and vista it triggers all the os tablet features that i don't need: notes taking, handwriting recognition, little gadgets popping up in your face when you don't need them, but that's not

i use it mostly to take handwritten notes as i prepare for meetings, and to illustrate ideas and concepts to clients (rather than using paper or a dry erase board).

got sick of scrounging through paper to find my notes.

it works perfect when it comes to photoshop editing purposes, it also works very well in windows vista to do handwritten notes.

the pen can sometimes lack smoothness, especially when writing and taking notes.

hand write notes, in office 2007 you can even use it as a highlighter or red pen writing right on the document.

basically it is a fancy mouse replacement that allows you to use a pen to draw in various applications, and will translate handwriting into text as well.as a medical student, this is the best tool

that said, i only wanted this device to save handwritten notes, so i can go back to a certain day and look at my notes for that day.

my idea was simple - capture notes i take on legal paper.

prosbought this to enhance my ability to take notes, etc...
