To summarize, it does not meet the mark, the current software is incomplete, and the features like PIP that could set it ahead of the competitors are almost useless because of the poor functionality. I would not recommend this at the high price point it is at. I spoke with Focus and even the manual that came with my unit has mistakes or the composite input is only 8 bits, not 10bits as promised. The video quality for basic transitions from one input to another was good when using the S-Video inputs. from Amazon.com
