Best GPS Devices for Australian

i use the australian voice because it stands out against the voices coming out of the radio.

now i have to put up with hearing the australian woman's voice telling me directions for places to which i already know how to get!

the only downsides i note are the speaker quality is a little muddy - most noticeable when using the australian direction narrators.

there are different voices you can choose to give you your directions, even australian, american and british english.

i prefer the australian female voice for directions, but it is easy to turn off when it becomes annoying.

i changed it so i get to hear my directions with an australian accent.

it's best to set the audio voice to australian female.....she's not crabby sounding like the american female setting :)

i also like the australian accent female voice, this accent seems to cover up the robotic automation of the voice pretty well.

i picked australian english (karen) as she is the easiest to understand.
