I purchase this item after my One-third edition was stolen. I was impressed with the demo on the TomTom website and like the ideal of having a way of navigating by voice, plus I needed a unit to help with mine navigation around Houston. from Amazon.com TomTom is without any doubt the WORSE GPS unit/ Customer service / Warranty service of ANY GPS manufacturer. My first TomTom the on/off switch was so flimsy it would turn the unit on by itself while it was sitting in the car or on a desk. from Amazon.com I bought this TOM TOM because I needed it for a trip to Atlanta. Not only did it arrive in lightening speed from Amazon but it was very easy to set up. from Amazon.com I bought this unit based on the features advertised and was quickly disappointed. I Wish Google had manufactured a GPS unit. from Amazon.com I purchased this GPS(Tom Tom Go 630) about 3 weeks ago. Used it where I live before a trip to the West Coast, just to get used to it. from Amazon.com Difficult to set up. Disk is very helpful but it takes a while to understand what to do. from Amazon.com Got this today..plotted a trip and it got me there fine.
