Called customer service and was told I had to ship it to them at my expense AND send a money order for $25 for them to send one back to me. I didn't bother because I seriously don't think the unit is worth that much. I would not purchase another Nextar product!! from Amazon.com We got a good price for ours - under $100 during the pre-Christmas specials. I can't imagine paying the price listed on Amazon right now. You can do much better than Nextar for GPS.
