This was just a waste of money. Just like most of the reviewers of this product I experienced the same problem ie unit turns on and off by itself, would freeze, would not pick up satellite signal just a headache. I returned the unit to Bushnell 2 weeks ago but no acknowledgment of receipt or status of repair. from Amazon.com After numerous attempts, de-installs and re-installs it did not work. I felt stupid when I read other reviews that said it would not work on Vista 64, packaged it up and got a return ticket from Amazon. I decided to call Bushnell support in the morning. The tech was very seasoned and helped me to install the device in about 30 minutes after deleting Java and reinstalling it and opening just the right file in the right order, which is like assembling a trick jigsaw puzzle. from Amazon.com I am very happy with my Bushnell Neo golf GPS.
