I ordered and received the Navigon 2200T GPS unit approximately 3 months ago. The unit was exactly as described and it worked great. from Amazon.com I got this as a gift after being really hesitant about going with the company, but the features won me over. Out of the box things worked great and while there were times that the link up took a little longer than expected (5 minutes or more) everything was fine. from Amazon.com I purchased this GPS unit in June 2009 and it worked great for two months, then inexplicably quit working. I've spent three weeks trying to contact Navigon support via their website or phone number provided in my "one-year warrenty," only to find out when I contacted the Better Business Bureau that the company (Navigon) has gone out of business, so I'm out of luck on both support and/or replacement of my non-working product. from Amazon.com - I moved to the USA from Australia during mid '09 and pre-purchased 2 of these units from Amazon prior to arriving and had them shipped to a friends place - Right out of the box I was happy - simply plug it in and I was away ! from Amazon.com Worked fine for a week, then broke down, i tried to call customer service but they no longer have offices in the US. I wrote a letter via their online customer services and have been waiting a month trying to send the product back. from Amazon.com This is my first GPS and I got it for $120.00. It works great If you have the address but when you look for a place by name it doesn't seem to find it. from Amazon.com I first bought a Garmin 755T (certainly not a low-budget unit), and then for just a back-up, and rental-car Nav unit, I purchased this Navigon 2200T. After using both of them in a side-by-side comparison on a road trip, I haven't ever used the Garmin again! from Amazon.com Worked OK for 1st month then stopped; devise now displays a msg to reset it which after following directions in manual carefully didn't revive it. Since Navigon no longer allows any buyers to call them (RED FLAG), sent Navigon's Customer Support a total of 5 emails requesting HELP over past 5 weeks. from Amazon.com I purchased the Navigon 2200T in april.
