Rumor has it, HK doesn't intend to provide any updates to their customers because they've stopped investing in GPS. So now I'm stuck with an out-of-date GPS. When using it for long-distance trips, be careful because if there is a freeway interchange built after the 310 came out, it's not going to be in there and you will get confused and possibly lost. In my view this is not a reliable product for such uses. from Amazon.com Well I received it and set it up. After my son's recent usage to navigate home from his honeymoon destination he complained that it needed updating. Soooooo, armed with access to the Magellan web site I set out to update my unit.
