TomTom is without any doubt the WORSE GPS unit/ Customer service / Warranty service of ANY GPS manufacturer. My first TomTom the on/off switch was so flimsy it would turn the unit on by itself while it was sitting in the car or on a desk. from Amazon.com My Garmin nuvi was accidently destroyed and a friend recommended I try the TomTom... I ordered the XL 330 from Amazon... from Amazon.com I have multiple TomTom GPS units. It's easy to use, I like the points of interest feature, and is usually pretty accurate (I love the ETA feature.)
