Overall am pleased with the unit. It doesn't always know the best/fastest/quickest routes to a destination regardless of the destination settings. from Buy.com Bluetooth quality is excellent, crystal clear on my treo. Mp3 player works great. Lots of accessories (mount, carrying case, wall and car adaptors, usb, etc) Cons: Biggest gripe was that the maps didn't contain half of my neighborhood (2 years old); that being said, neither did my dad's $350 unit bought at the same time. Bluetooth was extremely difficult to set up, although nextar phone support got it working for me. from Buy.com i bought a x3-08 nextar. i deliver flowers and twice a year phone books so i run across many new streets that aren't on city maps. from Amazon.com Reset does nothing.
