Just terrible !!! Maps have to be loaded.. The Bottom Line: do not buy a Garmin. Satelite acquisition is way way too slow. from Shopping.com This is my second streetpilot i3. I bought the first one last year, I don't know how I every survived without one. from Pcrush.com I was excited to finally get these since I was looking for an alternative way to pipe music from my computer out to my deck. Although the setup was extremely easy, I found the sound muddy and dull. from Circuitcity.com I own both the monochrome StreetPilot I2 and the color StreetPilot I3. If all you need is a basic GPS unit that will help you find your way to unknown locations, this is the unit for you. from Walmart.com I received my Garmin StreetPilot as a gift. It is a reconditioned model and I've had it for over a year. from Amazon.com I have taken it to florida or wherever we go. It takes a few minutes to program but finds accurately where you want to go. I like how you can update the maps at Garmin for free.
