Ordered this product and could not install to Palm Emailed IOGEAR and their reply is "The bluetooth GPS will not work with Palm OS." from Buy.com It is a pretty good receiver if you want to update software frequently. Reviews are all over the board -- Google the model number and you'll find one guy who claims that this device doesn't work with Windows Mobile 5.0 and "IOGear knows it." Other people report that this is a great product. After instllation it asked to an file called 'IOgearnavsysqvga' but it was nowhere in the instllation cd.
