The NVX226 has a known software problem that requires the buyer to return the unit upon purchase. It doesn't recognize the state of Louisiana. from Amazon.com When I did my anaylsis for features vs. cost the audiovox came out very high on my list. It was very simple to use, it came with the maps preloaded on an SD card, it had an excellent mounting bracket, multiple views and many POI. from Amazon.com I bought this a while ago for just below $200. At first I had difficulties making the thing work, and then I realize all I had to do is stand outside wait 5 minutes and it worked like a charm. from Amazon.com If you paid more then $10 for this, you were ripped off like I was.
