Nice unit but I wish I would have known about actual street name feature which this unit does not have. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the unit. It is really easy to use and never failed to guide me easily to my destinations. This GPS is perfect for the casual user who just needs directions and wants to know about the 'points of interest' along the way. The automatic night screen worked perfectly and provided an easy to read screen without any distracting glare. The update feature was easy to use and completed the task in just a few minutes. I would certainly recommend this GPS unit to anyone interested in obtaining an 'upscale' unit at a bargain price (and to anyone who is used to using the AAA Tourbook.) from Circuitcity.com Excellent item very easy to use just one gripe you have to call AAA to obtain a code for two reasons one to extend the warranty and the other to update the unit, that's why I gave it a four on features. from Compusa.com This is my third GPS and the BEST! We use it even in the car with a GPS built in because the directions are exact and easy to folow. We wanted to go to a specific restaurant with clients and it quickly showed us the closest one.I am a Realtor - and need to find places that I've never been to before. Voice commands and POI's were fine, a few roads couldn't be found, and would freeze once in a while but with our experience with other GP S's, these were small problems, plus we only had a little time to get used to it, as we went off on our trip the day after receiving it, I'm sure some of the errors were ours. The moment I bought the device I plugged it into my car lighter and it started working immediately after a few setup options to get me from Northern Jersey to Southern Jersey/Philly. I also brought the GPS with me to Southern California and that helped me get around San Diego and Los Angeles. It has a couple bugs that loop you around in a circle but give it some time and it will treat you right and you will never get lost again!!!
