Best GameCube Games for Metroid Prime

and anyone who looks at a game like this can see that with metroid prime, resident evil zero, and legend of zelda: the wind waker, it's a good time to own a gamecube.

it was dissapointing enough when metroid prime didn't(though it did in many magazines and websites), and if this game doesn't win, i'm going to start suspecting that the academy of interactive arts

take a look at metroid prime, imho 2002 game of the year.

still a very good game, don't get me wrong, but not in and of itself a reason to own a gcn (metroid prime on the other hand...).

i beat this game in 16 hrs and so how it felt way longer than the other big games (metal gear solid 3 or metroid prime 2 at 20 hrs.

a very engaging story quickly develops through a series of discovered written documents, radio transmissions and fantastic cutscenes which all run in-game like in metroid prime 2 or in metal gear

the play control can, if desired, mimic many of the best aspects of metroid prime 1 and 2, so if you have played one of these, it will be much easier to adapt to the control scheme.

it's very similar to metroid prime, which i couldn't get into.

this is the best game i have played in my entire life (and i own metroid prime).

(i'm counting metroid prime as a fps shooter for the purposes of this review even though an adventure.)
