Which Sony tripods are the top of their line? (1 answer)
I think the VCT-870RM is the top of the line tripod from Sony. It reaches a max height of 64.25", has quick release locks, is made of aluminum, and comes with a tripod bag. Read some of the positive reviews here: http://wize.com/tripods/sony-vct-870rm-tripod/s...

Answer

Are Nikon tripods any better than others for Nikon cameras? (1 answer)
A Nikon tripod will work fine, but there are a lot of other reputable choices for a tripod that will work with Nikon cameras. I would take a look at the Bogen 190XPROB pro aluminum tripod, one of the best respected choices available: http://wize.com/tripods/bogen-communication-bog...

Answer

Are quick release Slik tripods easier to use? (1 answer)
Slik tripods have a great reputation, but any manufacturers quick release system should be fine since the quick locking systems for tripod legs have been around for a while now.

Who are Libec tripods designed for? (1 answer)
Libec tripods are well respected among indie and amatuer filmmakers and videographers. Fluid head design and built in level, plus quick release legs are nice features of the Libec TH-M20 tripod. You can find it here: http://wize.com/tripods/libec-th-m20-tripod/sum...

Are there cheap night vision devices available? I'm in the dark! (1 answer)
I don't know if you would call it cheap, but the Yukon 24021 Monocular is one of the least expensive choices at right around the $200 mark. It also gets great reviews, and it's waterproof too! Check it out here: http://wize.com/night-vision/yukon-24021-monocu...
