When you consider image size, optical zoom, and image stabilization which is the most important? If you have a high optical zoom then wouldn't image size be less important in the end, if say you wanted to crop a picture? Since I live a house that is lit by all floorlamps and thus lacking in bright light does that mean I should only consider image stabilization? Its diffilcult to get answers online as most things just tell you what a camera does as opposed to its value as compared to other cameras.

Larger Image size (more megapixel's) is important if you will be doing a lot of cropping. High optical zoom is very nice. It will lead to less need for cropping because it will bring you in closer to your subject so there would be less need to crop. Image Stabilization is very important with long optical zoom cameras. It is also good to have if you are taking pics with a very slow shutter speed. Hope that helps!
