The only decent, in my opinion, wireless headphones that work well with iPods are the Panasonic RP-BT10 (http://shopper.cnet.com/headsets/panasonic-rp-b... ). They work well with the iPod 5G, 4G, nano, mini, but do not work with the iPod shuffle.

Using bluetooth technology they allow you to get rid of the cord clutter. This is great, especially for sports, but they are pricey -- around $130.
