I don't know about "any job". But has worked fast and well for me. Making sauses, chopping, smoothies and mixing have all been done quickly and well.

I have never used one but I would guess it would depend on what you are blending or chopping as to whether it can get the job done in 10 seconds. Anything that states, "Magic" always makes me a little skeptical but I would check to see what users say.
