For being active I would recommend either in ear headphones or behind the head making it more difficult for them to fall off. My first suggestion is the Logitech (980397-0403) Consumer Headphones which not knowing your price range are a little pricey at least for me. That will probably depend on your 10 year old's experience with MP3 players. If he has experience with one there will not be as much of a learning curve than if him/her has no experience. The player is rated highly though.
http://wize.com/mp3-and-digital-media-players/s...
Depending on how much you want to spend there are a good deal of options to choose from. Some higher end choices are the Yukon NVMT (4x50) Monocular which was rated highly or the Night Owl Optics NOCX-5M which is also rated well. The ratings that users have been giving Bushnell digital binoculars should speak for itself, with them being very positive. For example the Bushnell ImageView 111025: http://wize.com/binoculars/bushnell-imageview-1...
was rated highly, along with the Bushnell Instant Replay 11-8323 Binocular: http://wize.com/binoculars/bushnell-instant-rep...

Honestly research of this TV has been very one-sided. I have found many Pros and not many Cons. Some Pros are that there are multiple screen modes including a conventional 4:3, WideScreen, subtitle zoom, super zoom, zoom 16:9, and zoom 14:9 widescreen mode. It also has built in HD tuning. The one negative I did see was that the 160 degree viewing angle is a little less than some other similarly priced models.
Every review site I found for the SAMSUNG OEM BLUETOOTH HEADSET WEP410 says that it is compatible with the Blackberry Pearl, so you should be good to go if you have them both.
Honestly there are not a lot of reviews for that brand but the ones that were present were positive. Check this link out http://wize.com/flat-panel-televisions/proscan-...
Well not knowing the size your room is going to be there will be a few more suggestions than I usually give out. For a nice home theater check out the Sony BRAVIA KDL-52W3000 Television if this is too big a step back could be the Sony KDL-40XBR4 40 in. HDTV LCD Television. If this again is too big another step back could be the Sony KDL-32S3000 32 in. LCD Television, if this is still too big then try out the Sony Bravia KDL-26S3000 Television..you get the idea. Hope this helps your room come together!
First you need to figure out what type of speaker configuration you want. Placement? Size? Once these steps are taken start researching speaker sets that fit your price range and read expert and user reviews to find out what is good and what is better! Here are a few options to get you headed in the right direction:
AudioSource AS8C Main / Stereo Speaker. There is also the Boston Acoustics DSi255 (Pair) Speaker, hope this helps the process!
Where to start should be how much you want to spend because wireless surround sound systems can vary in price. Personally I would start off by just researching different brands and systems, to get a good idea of what you want, reading reviews from users is also a big help. Here are a few options - http://wize.com/reviews/sony-davfx900-wireless-...
-dvd-dreamtm-system-system or the Sony BRAVIA DAV-HDX267W Theater System with Wireless Speaker Kit System. Happy Hunting!
Some companies claim to have True 5.1 Surround headphones, but I've been seeing that there has been a problem reproducing the center channel to obtain the full 5.1. For some good options to try though check out the LTB HSMT-UD Mentor True 5.1 Surround Sound USB Headphone Headphones which is rated highly or the Ltb Audio Systems LTB Magnum True 5.1 USB Surround Headphones w/Built in Microphone, also rated pretty good.
There are a few out there with both CD and MP3, check out the Timex Timex NatureMP3 Clock Radio T617S. This does not have an Ipod dock but it does have a line in for an MP3 player.
In terms of compact and reliable check out the Eton Elite E10 - portable radio which is more like a weather radio, or if you want to use your ipod check out the Curtis International iPod Clock Radio.
It all depends on what you want to spend and how your ear works. Here are a few options that are not Bose that are cheaper and still highly rated- Shure SE530PTH Professional Headphones or if you want to spend some money, the Audio-Technica ATH-A700 Consumer Headphones. It boils down to personal comfort and what you want to spend.
As long as the jack fits in your ipod most headphones should work in an ipod.
Both brands have highly rated items with the Invion 5 GPS Navigation W/ Bluetooth GPS Receiver rated at 92 and with the Nextar C3 - GPS receiver at 93.
There doesn't seem to be a combo by Magellan yet that has both as an option but you could check out small digital cameras separate from a GPS.
Newer GPS systems are coming with voice activation standard but check out the Tomtom GO 510 GPS Devices, it has voice activation.
The best is truly a matter of opinion but one of the highest rated wireless sets on Wize is the TIC Corporation AS P60W Indoor/Outdoor 60-watt Speakers Speaker, there is also the Typhoon ADVENT WIRELESS SPEAKER SYSTEM System. Check these out to get headed in the right direction.
From what I've been reading you need to sign up for a specific type of plan from Blackberry that includes email access in the plan.
Ultimately it depends on what size you want and how much you want to spend but my personal favorite is the Toshiba 42HL67 Television. The TV itself weighs 54 lbs. which is a little hefty but it is worth it. Excellent clarity of picture with the only downside being all connections are on the back of the TV.
Depending on what your child's interests are check out the Spectra Hello Kitty Clock Radio for a girl or for a boy KNG America Kng 028623 Mcqueen Alarm Clock Radio or a Disney option Disney DCR5000 Clock Radio.
The best depends on ones own opinion but check out these alternatives like the Curtis International iPod Clock Radio, or the
Memorex MEMOREX 4004 IAWAKE CLOCK RADIO, also the Jensen AM/FM Digital Clock Radio for iPod.
What it boils down to is that Dolby Digital is a type of Digital surround sound. Dolby paved the way for surround sound technology debuting in theaters then being introduced into the home.
With mP3 players there are may alternatives to the Ipod. All of it comes down to preferences but here are a few options. Check out the Ultra Products Hyrda (2 GB) MP3 Player or the Creative Technology ZEN Stone (1 GB) MP3 Player.
The player hooks into your computer via usb and should be automatically recognized. A click and drag format should be present for transferring files, and is recognized on both windows and mac osx.
The best will truly be determined by the user and what they are shooting with the lens but these lenses are all rated highly so check these out, Nikon Nikkor 200-400mm f/ 4G ED-IF AF-S VR Lens , or the Tamron TAM SP AF200-500 Di CAN A08 Lens.
There do not seem to be a large number of negative reviews for them but the highest rated player so far is at 89. Check them out here:
http://wize.com/portable-dvd-players/brand!Coby
There are a few factors that play into this. The first thing to look for is how fast the TV will respond to games, obviously newer TVs will handle this better. LCD is your top choice for this because of the lack of blurred images and lack of burn in effects. Second thing to look for what kind of signal you want your game to run on S video has been standard for a long time but Component video and HD hookups have greatly changed how games are viewed. A TV with component video or HD hookup will look much better. Lastly regarding what type of TV to use LCD are crisp and bright but do not come in the larger sizes that rear projection TVs do, which also have good game handling. Depending on how big you want your TV to be My personal choice is between LCD and rear projection.
I don't believe there is a definitive answer to this because of the many options there are out there but some of the top TVs under 40 inches are the Sony KD-L32XBR4 and Panasonic TC-32LX700, both at 32 inches. Stepping it up there is the Sharp LC-37GP1U or the Vizio VX37L both at 37 inches. It all comes down to what size you're looking for and how much you want to spend.
Check out the Homedics Sound Spa Premier SS-5000 Clock Radio. Users say its sounds are soothing and nice to wake up to.
Almost all reviews of them are positive with clear sound and being a good size. There was a comment though that the sub had rattled being turned up only 3/4 of the way up.
I would recommend the Onkyo TX SR705. I have found a number of positive reviews for it, with comments like "easy to set up" to "superior sound".
Most of the major brands that have normal sized cd-rs also have a mini size, not difficult to find wherever most cd-rs are sold. Amount of memory depends on how much material you want to have on them. Memorex are said to be very reliable.
The game is the first adaptation of the tv show, and the format is that of a point and click adventure. Reviews say the quality of the game is good and fun but that it is too short. Fans of the show would enjoy.
Well your problem could be that you have a mac due to not being compatible but just hooking it up with a USB and should be recognized by Windows Media Player.
It all depends on your price range but check out either the Griffin Technology iTrip FM Transmitter which is about $40, or the Exonic EXF 2030 FM Transmitter which is at around $125.
If you are familiar with MP3 players yes, if you are not familiar then the unit might not be as easy to use.
Check if you have any corresponding software that would have come with the MP3 player installed, also is your USB cord plugged in?
Less features than other cameras of the same calibur such as the Canon's EOS 400D (Digital Rebel XTi). Decent resolution and fast operating are also present, the 10 megapixels to help.
Yes. Minolta has created backwards compatibility with their cameras so no matter how old your lens is, it should fit onto the newer Minolta cameras.
Check the box your dvd player to find out what dvd formats it will support.
Sometimes this issue has been caused by the component HD AV cable. There is a switch on the connector for TV or HD depending on what type of TV you are using. This might not be your problem but give it a shot.
The Sony Bravia KDL-32ML130 is a nice middle of the road TV. The menus are a a little more stripped down than other Bravia models but the picture quality is still good. The sound is said to be a tad muffled but should be adequate for normal television programming. The picture quality does change slightly when off center. This television is a good option for not wanting the highest on the high end for LCD TVs.
Personally I prefer LCD. There are a few reasons for that like a more durable unit, and generally lower price than plasma. Some more reasons are LCD uses less power than plasma and the brightness will not fade of an LCD as has been a problem in the past with plasma.
The Samsung WEP200 is universally compatible with Bluetooth enabled phones. The option to transfer calls to the phone is also a feature.
There have been reports that some headsets are experiencing problems with PSP compatibility. Your best course of action is to test your headset for compatibility to find one that works.
One option you can look at to get started in the right direction is the Audio Source AS5C Main / Stereo Speaker. But ultimately it boils down to how much space you are allowing for the speakers and how much you are willing to spend.
They are no gimmick, take a look at the Phoenix Gold 8 2-Way In Ceiling Speaker for a real non-gimmick option. It all depends on where you want your sound to come from.
Check out Tic Industries ASP-60 Main / Stereo Speaker or the TIC Corporation AS P60W Indoor/Outdoor 60-watt Speakers. Both of these provide a good option for outdoor listening. Rock the neighborhood!
Most American electronic devices will work in European sockets with the proper adapters, just look for an American to European adapter.
If you know what the problems is and know how to fix it give that a try otherwise check your local listings for the closest turntable repair shop to assure that things get fixed correctly.
The auto time set function quickly shows the correct hour and minute the second you plug it in.
I would grade this mic at about an 85/100. It is generally clearer than Shure's staple SM58 but a drawback is its sensitivity. It has great bass response but demands the user to know how to use mic positioning because of its mentioned sensitivity. Rock out!
For myself Wii Sports felt like a must have. The limited number of games keeps it relatively easy to remember how to play each one. And since it comes free with the system provides a fantastic "how to" for using the wii remotes. It also helps that the fun factor is high as well as the replay value.
During the holiday season is the worst time to look. Going to your local retail stores and asking a salesperson in the department where wiis are kept when the next shipment will be in sometimes helps.
I believe it is because it provides a number of different games which really show the versatility of the wii remote that comes packaged with the game. It works as a nice introduction to the wii and the games are not too complicated.
Yes there is. Take a look at the GE G.E. GE-27980GE3 2.4GHz Cordless Bedroom Phone. Its compact size and function as a radio, alarm clock, and cordless phone will save you space.
Check out the Plantronics C435 Cordless Phone, it not only has a volume control but a volume boost for the hearing impaired. A perfect balance for all.
You're in luck, Spectra makes the Hello Kitty: Bumble Bee Corded Phone check it out to get more opinions.
Check out the Panasonic KX-TG3032B 2.4 GHz Twin Cordless Phone. This phone is both highly rated and moderately priced.
Regular car seats can be used on airplanes but the label of the seat should be looked at to see if it is certified by the FAA.
The Cosco Scenera 5-Point Harness Car Seat is affordable retailing between 50 and 65$, The five-point harness model offers simple harness adjustments and a removable seat cover for easy cleaning. As on many inexpensive car seats, the harness straps may twist a lot, and should be smoothed with each use to keep baby safe.
More expensive does not necessarily always mean better in terms of car seats. There are lists with their top 9 child car seats and the prices range from 50-300$. Price does not always mean better.
The features to look out for when looking for astronomy binoculars are primarily magnification and aperture size for letting in the most amount of light.
Check out the Tasco Essentials 165RB-1(8x21) Binocular, they are compact and durable for around 10$.
Since they are designed to play dvds in the vertical position, image quality should not be different. The brand of player however could play a factor into this.
Screen size and volume capacity depending on location seem like the top concerns for pre-installment. Also make sure to take into account how much space is needed when the screen is flipped down.
Your best option to assure that it gets done right with the proper quality and care is that you seek out a professional service who knows what they are doing.
Ease of use is the main reason, other than suprising your child with a dvd player shaped like winnie the pooh.
The multi-region dvd players are traditionally a little more pricey so the extra cost needs to be weighed against how worth it it is to you to buy one.
You should look for the same things you would in a regular DVD player, most of all obviously that it is all region playing. Check out Wize's list of DVD players to find which players might have had issues in the past.
The Pioneer DVR-645H-S (250 GB) DVD Recorder / HDD Recorder provides an option, with a 250 GB hard drive.
Any of the dvd combos that fit your needs and price range would be the smartest option, the Toshiba SD-V295 comes highly rated.
Check out the Emerson SB325 DVD Player with a Spongebob design and easy to use.
