Best Food Processors for Ground

i plan to grind beef with this machine since the chopper is supposed to be most similiar to hand chopping; it would be gross if the ground beef also leaked between the bowl and the blade onto the stem

my only down fall is that it doesnt get the nuts ground as fine as i would like.

i ordered it to make an icing that required chestnuts to be ground finely and it processed them perfectly!

since i require extremely lean meats i must know the quality of the meats in ground products.

but the kfp740 ground it to a very fine dough very quickly - perfect!

it has nothing to do with kitchen aid, it is a good processor, but it lacks adequate cutting components so that everything comes out virtually chopped and ground.

i wanted a medium sized unit with versatility so i thought that the two sizes of workbowls included with this model would constitute a nice middle ground.

within the time i've had it, i have grated hard and soft cheeses, made fish mousses, chopped chocolate, ground nuts, and pureed vegetables (among other tasks).

i have even got perfectly ground almonds and graham cracker crumbs.

it makes perfect shredded vegetables, hummus, salsa, purees, ground nuts, etc.
