Best Food Processors for Chocolate

originally, i bought it to make chocolate milkshakes, slushes and chocolate mousse.

smoothies are the #1 thing -- we like chocolate banana mixed with protein powder -- while fresh broccoli, asparagus and tomato soup is becoming so "expected" that its becoming a staple.

also made a chocolate shake and a mocha chiller (found the recipe by doing a search on line).

oh, and we're addicted to our banana "ice cream" sundaes - using protein powder and frozen bananas with a splash of milk - cold, creamy, topped with a little chocolate and good for us!

within the time i've had it, i have grated hard and soft cheeses, made fish mousses, chopped chocolate, ground nuts, and pureed vegetables (among other tasks).

just do the chocolate chips by hand b/c the blade will mince them.

i was pretty upset, but i washed off the top and everything seemed cool.a few days later, i used the small bowl to chop some chocolate, and you guessed it--plastic in our dessert.

if you are new to high end food processors you won't know the difference, you'll probably think this thing is great - it's like saying you love chocolate when you've only ever tasted hershey's .
