i have always used a cuisinart in the past.i really prefer the kitchenaid.i love the three seperate bowls,the citrus press is fantastic,and the motor is very quite.

the only criticism i have of the product is that the plastic citrus attachment is rather fragile plastic and could break easily if dropped, but is nonetheless fabulous for making fresh-squeeze orange

when i received it in the mail and opened it i realized that it didn't have the citrus press as stated so i called customer service and they sent me a new one no questions asked.

one thing, with this size, they don't make attachments, such as the citrus juicer, but i don't care since i have a separate juicer.
