This is a mid-size, mid-price food processor that does the job extremely well. I thought I'd be getting a Cuisinart, but this KitchenAid comes in at a better price and works just as well as if not better than the comparable competitors. from Amazon.com The hummus was creamy and smooth, really happy with the result. The size of the processor is just right, I was afraid it might be too big but it is not, a smaller one would have been too small to make something for a family of four.
