What's great about it:?Picture quality, menus, sound quality What's not so great:?Having to update the firmware to eliminate auto-dimming "Read the reviews about this television among countless others and decided to go for it. Initially turned the t.v. from Bestbuy.com The TV doesn't work period. Sony released an update that allows you to choose low, medium, high, or NO auto-dimming. It had the auto-dimming issue mentioned by many. from Amazon.com Got this TV last month, as mentioned in other reviews this auto-dim feature was very annoying for watching programs with dark scenes, called Sony, they sent me an update on USB for free (within 2 days) and after installing it, its wonderful.
