I bought this TV from sears a month back, and have no issues with it till date. picture quality is nice and so is the visual appearance. from Amazon.com I did a LOT of research and I firmly believe this is the best screen for the price point at this time, however when it arrived (after 7 days) the screen was smashed to pieces. The delivery guys tried to get me to sign as soon as they carried it into the apartment and seemed very shocked (and annoyed) that I wanted to open to check the screen, and it's very lucky that I did. Amazon couldn't deliver another for 7 days, so I went to a local store and picked up a different model with same day delivery (47 inch LG LCD which I am more than happy with). from Amazon.com I read many reviews for Plasma's and LCD's.
