the only thing that troubles me, is there is some what it sounds like is vibration when i turn the bass anything past the flat setting, and therefore i can'teven use the bass boost, which is kinda' from Circuitcity.com i had the geek squad install the television on the wall and hook it up to the surround system that i also purchased at that time. from Bestbuy.com the picture quality and the sound are really stunning.i think the only thing that i can say might be a drawback is the heat coming from the screen,after that the product is excellent. from Homedepot.com the only negative thing about it is the bass will distort if you try to change the settings, but unless it's a movie, we hardly ever notice it. from Circuitcity.com also, it only has two audio/video inputs, which i am using for the cable boxand the dvd player - the cable jack is being used for the antenna - but this is minor since i plan on getting an hdtv box from Circuitcity.com shortly after i got it, one of the kids' dvds had been left on the menu for about 7 hours. from Circuitcity.com with movies and hd cable, it's like watching thru a window as if you are there. from Circuitcity.com and if you want blu ray, it will still look better on your 720p than a dvd will, which are 420p. from Circuitcity.com i gave the sound five because i have not even used it and did not think that i should down grade based on that.black levels are amazing, and color and brightness are better than some movie theatres. from Circuitcity.com in the store it looked good and sound good but at home the picture quality for me is horrible. from Circuitcity.com
