i had a lnt46-650 ...nice picture and sound great sound, but the ln46a-550, even though the sound is not quite as good, has a picture that beats it by a mile.

i did try the speakers out on the tv for my kids video games and it was bad.i hooked the audio out of the wii to my audio reciever to fix that.

only small complaint is the sound, not sure if its becuase the speakers are at the bottom so it sounds different than those mounted on the side..
