Easy, anyone can do it--hey you can use your nose, your elbow, your head, your chin, your cat's and dog's paw, your knee, etc.,--how convenient is that. Great for kids and people with joint pain. [[HERE a treat: When there is no more battery juice, I peel the sticky back cleanly away, unscrew the three small screws and replace the battery and whoohoo, they are off lighting the way again and again.
