Best Flash Memory for Camcorders

the sandisk 16gb sdhc card is extremely fast and works perfectly in my canon vixia hf s10 avchd camcorder.

i recently purchased a canon vixia hf100 camcorder and knew the files would be huge, so i was looking for the fastest downloaded setup i could find.

however, upon insertion into my canon vixia hf100 camcorder, the camcorder would not let me record at the 17 mbps (high def 1920x1080 pixels ) but only at lower definitions ( 1440 x 1080 ).

the camcorder says that the card is not compatible with any of the hd recording modes...

have recorded at 1920x1080 at 30fps and 1440x1080 at 30fps without a hitch with my canon vixia hf10 hd camcorder.

pros: i bought 2 of these sdhc cards mainly for my canon fs100 camcorder.

pros: popped it into my new canon fs100 camcorder and formatted it.

pros: exactly as ordered - works very well in my canon hfs-100 camcorder on max resolution.

pros: small size, small price, big storage cons: unfortunately it won't work with the dxg 595v camcorder

pros: inexpensive and it works cons: none other thoughts: plugged into digital camcorder with hd and microsd card slot.

mostly 11mb/si've seen my sandisk reach upwards to 15mb/sthought i would use this on my camcorder, but decided the extra performance of the sandisk would benefit my camcorder more than the extra 2gb
