Best Flash Memory for Reading

reading the other reviews i was worried about the speed, but these concerns turned out to be unfounded as this is one of the fastest usb drives i own.

the problems are usually early failure, usually within a 16mb wear-leveling block.i've no direct experience, but if kingston is stamping the cheapest part-of-the-week with their name and not changing

cons: reading speeds.

the end of the drive, where the clear loop is, flashes red when the drive is reading/writing.

also very fast reading from it.

after reading several interesting articles about the shelf-life of cd's and dvd's as storage mediums, i didn't realize that as they get older, they get microscopic cracks that can result in crc

pros: very fast read speed; significantly faster than my desktop's 7200 rpm 8mb cache sata 3.0gb/s drive while readinginexpensive, particularly with rebate cons: write speed is about the same

pros: 32ggggggggg (well...at least at the time i bought, but there is 128g thumb-drive) cons: don't expect much as far as reading and writing are concerned (whatelse do you do with thumb drives)
