other thoughts: you will need to purchase a "compact flash to 1.8" hdd ide adapter" and know how to take apart an ipod to install this.

this card is much, much faster than the drive ever was, my battery life is hugely extended, and the restore worked right in itunes; didn't have to plug it in to external power like i always did with
