I have a problem with the labeling on this card. I thought that by it being a ULTRA II it would be something really fast or special. from Crutchfield.com I was surprised to find that the formatting and copying of data from this card is very fast. My camera came with a very small memory card which takes just a long to copy from camera to computer. from Crutchfield.com I took the advise of a national audio and visual product expert who I've known for years. The SanDisk Ultra II are his favorite memory cards. They have a lifetime warranty, are extremely reliable, and available at great prices right now. from Crutchfield.com Bought it and noticed right away that it was not much faster than the one I had before (512 MB), actually it was the same speed if not slower for transferring data on my PDA. I feel misled by the Ultra II name like it should have been much much faster than it was. from Crutchfield.com My first SD memory purchase; it seems to be working just fine. Only caution: for many applications, such as a lower-end digital camera (I have a 4 megapixel Canon A520), the accelerated write speed is not fully utilized. Each electronic device has an inherent (built-in) top write speed, and for lower-end cameras, you'll never achieve the 60x or 40x write speeds of many memory cards. from Buy.com This faster card does not seem to shorten the time between photos.
