This phone is not a bad phone, and the Hassle Free company it is shipped from is very responsive, cooperative and helpful. Its small, neat and cute. from Amazon.com I got ripped off, I bougth two cell phones and they were both defective,the arrow buttons fell off the first day i used them. The phone is made out of cheap materials and the user interface is bad. from Amazon.com When the phone got to me Icould not charge the battery with the charger I had the phone sent to my mail fowarding service as I am in Venezuala and getting a phone in all the Ilans of the Caribbean is not practical I still dont ave a working phone and from reading the companys policy I can't return it from Amazon.com i bought this phone because i needed an unlocked one that has bluetooth capabilities. i am a current customer with at&t and i would have to buy one of their phones and didn't like anything they offered. from Amazon.com I bought this s*** because I needed an unlocked phone for my 2 month trip to BUlgaria and then I wanted to be able to use it in the U.
