it comes in the way when you insert this drive into your laptop.i have a dell 630 if i try to insert this driive on the right side usb plug sometime system does not detect that so i have to use

you have to go to the us website download the .exe, find a machine with windows (i have winxp on vmware so that wasn't an issue for me), load that up so it uninstalls the program from the drive.
