the bottom line: recommended for someone looking for a message machine and good quality fax/printer with color capability.

this product is a printer, copier, fax and answering machine.

pros: it does what it is suppose to do just find without any issues cons: the one i got didn't come with any drivers to put into the computer if you wanted to use it as a printer.

this products is great for black & white copying and printing.

i do not use the color print feature for this as an office fax used by 5 people.

works as good as my old brothers intellifax 770 and uses an ink cartrige instead of a ribbon for printing more copies and i can refill the cartrige for cheaper copies.

i purchased this as a gift for my parents who did not want a fax associated with a computer printer.

one more note, it is unnecessarily complicated to print stored faxes should you run out of paper.

i have had a refurbished canon injet printer which worked well and that was part of why i bought this fax; not as well designed.
