however, it works well. from Mwave.com the fax and copy prints are clear. from Mwave.com compared to my old fax machine, this is incredibly reliable and easy to use. from Buy.com its compact size (small footprint) is a plus. from Mwave.com compact in size. from Tigerdirect.com works as good as my old brothers intellifax 770 and uses an ink cartrige instead of a ribbon for printing more copies and i can refill the cartrige for cheaper copies. from Tigerdirect.com its button interface is standard and easy to use. from Mwave.com cheap and compact. from Mwave.com this is my only complaint about the unit, otherwise it works well and is easy to use. from Buy.com I thought I sent a review.
