Best Espresso Makers for Smaller

i suppose that i like it well enough that i will eventually buy the larger model myself, so i would recommend this smaller model if you can live with 8 oz servings.

i didn't need a water resevoir, because i am the only coffee drinker in my house, and the smaller footprint made it the perfect size for our limited counter top space.

i purchased this ergonomically well thought out unit a few days ago from bed, bath and beyond [...] i had wanted a keurig for some time but i only drink coffee in the morning (one to two cups) and

i like the smaller design, some of these machines are huge.

my only complaint is that for steamed milk, it would be better if the extension would be a bit longer to make it easier to steam smaller amounts of milk (for say one cappucino).

i've gone thru tons of smaller cheap machines, don't expect them to withstand the use we give them but this machine was the worst we ever bought in the less expensive lines.

the frother is also smaller and lower capacity.

the delonghi espresso maker accomplishes both, and sits on a space smaller than my standard coffee brewer.

most 10-12 cup coffee makers don't do a good job of making smaller amounts of coffee for those of us that may have a single coffee drinker family.

i suggest using some cup with a smaller spout.

over all, the unit is a decent fill-in for someone who just wants a cup at a time--many larger coffeemakers have trouble when brewing smaller amounts.

i wanted a smaller one and thought this model would be good.
