milk frother works excellently, and it doesn't matter that it's positioned too low for a large pitcher -- it's a two-shot machine, not an industrial cappuccino maker!!!

it is a very short machine, so only small shot glasses or something of similar height can fit under to catch the espresso, but so far that is the only drawback i have run into.
