Best Espresso Makers for Company

a minor problem i had with my keurig was handled so well by the keurig company that they have a loyal customer!

green mountain prides themselves as an environmentally friendly company, but millions of non-recyclable plastic k-cups are being discarded.

but, what do you expect from a company that sells the machines at cost (?) in order to sell their coffee - they should offer a device that can use any cheaper ground coffee and get the same results?

what i like better about the dg: capsules are available from merchants, not just online from the company, so i can set up subscribe & save from amazon and not have to worry about running out;

contacted the company for brewing tips but still get the same thin taste.

i purchased this through the kitchen clique, and have had a wonderful experience, both with the company and with the machine.

for the price, i would never call the company for repair, just replace the whole shebang.

2.) email, call the company, they told me to cut of 3" of the power cord and write a letter, tell them what was wrong.
