Pros: Saeco machines works great looks good and are easy to use. from Shopping.com I recently purchased a Saeco Royal Coffee Bar from Ixx Wxxx & Sons, Inc. The first machine was broken from the moment I opened the box and I immediately contacted Ixx Wxxx for a replacement. from Zaccardis.com My first impression upon unpacking the Royal "Professional" SuperAutomatic was that it felt like a plastic toy. I began having trouble with the motor after making 12 coffees. from 1st-line.net

Pros: Easy to use

Cons: a bit plasticy for such an expensive machine

Not a cheap product byt it delivers a good coffee its easy to set up and use you can coose your onwn particular settings and your away. It even tells you when your out of coffee water etc or the dreg bin needs emptying.

It's been exactly 3 years since we purchased our machine and we haven't looked back. The machine was bought as we were spending $40-50 a week at Starbucks. from Amazon.com The lcd displayed a message instructing use to empty the dreg drawer (stores the grounds after brewing), but the drawer was empty already. We did all of the troubleshooting recommended in the User Manual and on the website. When we called Saeco, they immediately said, yup, it's defective. They told us to return it to Amazon and they'd refund our money. from Amazon.com
