It is important to acknowledge that no matter where you go, your espresso is only going to be as good as the person making it. If the beans are not ground well, the coffee is not tamped properly, the water is not hot enough (or too hot,) you are going to end up with a nasty, bitter espresso. This machine takes away EVERY SINGLE variable that might leave you with a crappy tasting coffee. from Amazon.com I have had this machine for a little over a month.
