The plus of this machine is its form- and style. However, the biggest complaint I have is that it does not get the espresso hot enough. It is easy to use and does not take as much room up on the counter as some other models I have seen. from Amazon.com Easy to use and makes a great cup of expresso. The style looks great on my counter. from Sears.com It may just be the machine that I got but it's just not getting the espresso hot enough and regardless of how fine I grind and tamp the espresso I can not get the machine to produce a crema that covers the top of the espresso.
