I bought this coffee maker after looking at several. The Kalorik won me over by it's use of better plastics than the others. Capresso has the name but they use flimsy materials. from Amazon.com I bought this coffee maker because I was replacing a combination grinder/coffee maker that was difficult to clean and I wanted a similar product with easier maintenance. This coffee maker, no matter how I adjusted the grind and the number of cups, never ground enough coffee for anything other than colored water; I discovered that the chute which was supposed to carry the ground coffee to the basket for brewing was clogging up immediately, leaving a nearly empty brewing basket. from Amazon.com We bought this 10-cup automatic coffemaker recently for our small office and it has saved us on several occasions. It is very easy to use and the keep warm function allows us to save time and drink hot coffee all day with a minimum of effort :) The coffee maker has therefore been very much appreciatedt by everyone around here and I would definitely recommend it!! from Amazon.com
