Best Electric Skillets and Woks for Temperature Control

the heating and cooling cycle, characteristic of any thermostatically controlled appliance, seems to be less pronounced than our old regal/amway electric skillet.there is a very slight convex shape

it has the added bonus of heating up quickly and then you can keep in on the "warm" setting for when you are ready to serve.

the overall cooking surface is what i am most imporessed with and the heating is even across the entire surface of the skillet.

the first three had their heating elements burn out.

what's very exciting, though, is the hidden heating element on the bottom of the skillet - having it unexposed means that it's dishwasher-safe.

the temperature control is accurate and the pan heats up quickly, unlike my electric stovetop.

it seems to heat evenly and when i lower the temperature to warm it does just that.

it heats up evenly and maintains a good low temperature when low is what is needed.

temperature control is awesome, space and quality.is fantastic.

the griddle is very easy to use with an even heating surface that makes it easy to cook several things at once.

it holds a constant temperature of 325 or 350 degrees without any problem whatsoever.

cleanup is easy, as it is totally submersible with the exception of the removable temperature control.

also, we are very pleased with the precise settings on the temperature control.

works great, precise temperatures, and best of all, no teflon.

i have only one problem and that is the temperature indicator dial has a loose paper on which the different temps are printed.
