Best Electric Skillets and Woks for Coating

i go through one or two 9x 13 electric skillets per year some just don't cook properly and others stain and scratch because of the surface coating that i worry about contanmination of food.

i wish i had invested in this pan last year, instead of yet another inferior skillet that left me cold and my food coated it non-stick.
